"When I got a Homeowner's Policy renewal with a large, unexplained increase, I asked a simple question..."Why did my rate go up so much?". The answer I got in return was "Because we had a rate increase". Any insurance agent that would give such an idiotic answer does not deserve my business. I cancelled my Homeowners and two car policies. ABOUT THEIR RESPONSE They're trying to weasel their way out by claiming my review wasn't meant for them. Total nonsense. What I said is true and is about Makayla Chadwick Insurance of Prescott Valley, AZ. I have all the documentation. P.S. no, you aren't the great high and almighty, so your nonsense about not finding any records is lame and weak. Sorry."

"Outstanding Customer Service! I recently had a rock hit my windshield which caused an immediate foot long crack. These things are normal on Arizona roads but I was planning an out of state road trip in the next few days. I called my local State Farm office “Chadwick Insurance Agency Inc” to see if there was any chance of having my windshield replaced prior to my trip and they immediately jumped into action. Within minutes they had me in contact with a local glass company (Novus Glass of Prescott) and I had an appointment for next day replacement along with calibration. Thank you Makayla Chadwick and Chloe Marsh you ROCK!"
